Sinosecu passport reader provides perfect solutions for scanning passport, e-passport, visa and other documents, which make it can be applied to variety of industries. Details data information is extracted from the entire data page, from MRZ,OCR and 1D ,2D barcode.
The Passport Reader device captures white, infrared image and ultraviolet image from various kind of documents. In a simultaneous action, the passport reader also decodes the machine readable zone (MRZ) and processes eData, including name, data of birth, gender, document number, date of expiry, the holder's image etc, from the chip.
Generally Speaking, it will take about 2 seconds to capture the images and extract the printed data through OCR technology and read the chip data from contactless RFID chip. Its unique design makes it ideal for integration with self-serve type kiosks at airports, hotels, banks, transportation terminals.
